ClubNow groups multiple customer orders for the same product. Once the required minimum number of orders is met (the 'club' is formed), we leverage this collective volume to negotiate the maximum possible wholesale discount from the vendor. This saving is then passed directly to every customer in the club.
Our discounts are significantly higher than standard retail offers, often reaching wholesale-level pricing. The exact discount depends on the product and the final size of the buying group, but our goal is always to provide unbeatable savings in Kerala.
Yes, all payments are held securely. If a club does not reach the minimum order requirement within the specified time, your entire payment is automatically refunded to your source account within 2-3 business days. There is zero risk to the customer.
The delivery process has two stages: 1) Club Formation (up to 7 days, depending on demand) and 2) Shipping & Installation (3-5 days after the club closes). We keep you updated via SMS and WhatsApp throughout the entire process.
Absolutely. All products are sourced directly from authorized vendors and come with the standard manufacturer's warranty applicable in India. Your warranty details and invoice are provided upon delivery.
